By booking a stay at Wolf Creek Basecamp, guests agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Reservations & Payments

• A confirmed reservation and payment are required to secure your stay.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book and stay, unless approved in advance.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM

House Rules

• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• Please respect neighbors and local noise guidelines, especially after 10 PM.

Damage & Liability

• Guests agree to care for the property and report any damage or maintenance needs promptly.
• Any excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage beyond normal wear may result in additional charges.
• Wolf Creek Basecamp and Gone South Vacation Rentals are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or weather-related travel disruptions.

Cancellations

• Cancellation policies are based on the terms provided at the time of booking. Please refer to your booking confirmation for details.

Outdoor & Safety Notice

• The area around Wolf Creek includes natural terrain and wildlife. Guests agree to use caution outdoors and follow posted safety and fire guidelines.
• Use of the property, river access areas, and outdoor amenities is at your own risk.

Compliance

• All guests must comply with local laws and community guidelines.
• Violation of these Terms may result in removal from the property without refund.
